General
Demos Australia reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, delegates will be offered either a full refund or an alternative course date.
Cancellations and Transfers
14 days or more from course commencement
A full refund is available if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to the course commencement, less an admin fee of AUS$50, or alternatively delegates can transfer to another course or course date.
Less than 14 days from course commencement
Cancellations received less than 14 days from course commencement are subject to full payment, although we will accept substitute attendees at no additional cost.
No shows
Delegates who fail to show up for the course will forfeit full payment of the program.
Privacy
The information provided at the time of registration is solely for the purpose of processing the registrations and maintaining /updating student records and for providing them with information regarding upcoming events. Demos Australia does not sell or rent its client details to other organisations.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Prices in the directory are GST exclusive. GST legislation requires Demos Australia to charge GST on the portion of the course that relates to catering and textbooks. Tax invoices identifying the amount if GST paid will be issued to delegates at time of payment.
